Start with minimal weight and get the form right. It should feel GOOD. Then add weight. Amount of reps depends what you want;
>1 to 5 for strength, higher weight
>5-15 for physical growth, mid weight
>15-20 for endurance, lower weight
Keep in mind this refers to weight traning and not cardio. This DOESN'T apply to exersize bikes, tredmills, or even curls. Fuck curls. Nah just kidding, curls are great. Have fun at the gym, dear OP.
