My rest days is where I do abs and butt work

Mostly just chill and play minecraft. Do some ab workouts and strech before bed.
Even if I am borderline sick from overtraining, I still go to the gym because it keeps me from wanting to off myself.
I have no rest days since i am permabulking
gym is closed on sundays, saturdays I work too late to go to the gym. Also there's at least 1 more time per week when I can't go, so that's 3 rest days per week.
I'm pissed it's closed on Sundays though, it's the only day I have lots of time and energy yet I have nothing to spend it on.

Rest day? Usually 8 hours at work being on my feet.
Rest day is when I get to sleep in after work and school. I usually get back home at about 3AM from the gym, take a massive shit, a hot shower and pass out for 10 hours. The most glorious and peaceful sleep of the week.

same today is rest day and I have an 8-4 pushing carts of stock onto the floor
I aim to be active minimum six days a week. So ideally I want to lift five days and do a long distance on on the sixth. But sometimes my forced rest day in nSuns CAP3 doesn't line up well with my school/work schedule. So I'll lift for four days and do cardio on two instead.
How much will cardio on rest days fuck with your lifting? Does it only really matter if you're pursuing absolute strength?
