I usually do a superset of flat chest flies, skullcrushers 3x10. This is in A days.
On B. Concentration curls and and sitting kickbacks (db behind your head, above) 3x6 heavy.

When it comes to commercial gym when you sign, there are like contracts, what you can and cant use while you have memebership. When you got regular memebership you can use the "free weights" aka normal weights thats are in the gym, but there are places where there is seperate room for VIP/Premium memebership that you need to pay extra fee to use more advanced equipment.
This is literally the only isolation you need. Hits the whole length of the tricep, mine have exploded since starting. Progress is good too I do it with two 45lb dumbbells started with 30 lb dumbells 3 1/2 months ago
