This is a very weird phenomenom. Even though I've been eating chicken breast almost every single day for the past few years, always with the same spices and stuff, it still is my favourite food ever. Thank you chicken for always tasting great. You are my cheat meal.

the main way my mother would cook chicken breasts is putting them in a slow cooker and pouring bbq sauce over them. to me they would always come out really dry and inedible. i dont really get the point of a slow cooker, the texture it leaves food in to me seems like it would only work specifically if you want shredded meat or carnitas or something.

Turns out I like dry-ass chicken breast a lot. I forgot my pan of chicken in the oven for like additional 30 minutes and took it out just before any of it got burnt but after it got nice and brown all over, and it was fucking delicious. Real roast chicken flavor I thought was impossible to achieve without skin on.
If you don't need the protein per calorie ratio of chicken breast there's no need to limit yourself to just chicken, just eat all kinds of meat like a normal person, unless you're scared of animal fat or something.
Stores don't sell boneless chicken thigh meat where you live? Must suck.
Breasts are way healthier than thighs as well.
