can you post more about your shoulders and how he helped? I have shoulder issues as well.

I wasn't able to raise my arm higher than 90 degrees, i went to see some doctors but they didn't help much. I already had shoulder issues before i started lifting and i thought lifting would help to fix it, but it made everything just worse. The staff of the gym showed me some exercises that would help my shoulder, such as dumbbell shoulderpress and side raises. They showed me the wrong form on basically every exercise i was doing and made everything worse.
