A lot of noob lifters lift for aesthetics but make the mistake of going for SS or some other garbage routine that mostly relies on barbells. Those are the same dyels that will tell you machines are useless
it's these strength-training gymcels take like 5 minutes between sets and focus on squats and deadlifts. it's hilarious because the guys who have been on a hypertrophy program for half a year look stronger than them.
