I've tried eating a pound and a half of boiled chicken, pound of oatmeal, and a gallon of milk a day for the past two weeks. I've had nonstop cramps and shits, I have trouble sleeping for more than 4 hours straight. This shit is fucking torturous. I did everything that user told me to do and I've only gained 10lbs. Its not fucking worth it like this, is there any other way? I feel so depressed

user you realize your body is physically incapable of adding more than ~1 lb of muscle per week even as a new lifter, right? 80% of what you're adding is just pure fat. Don't eat at a 2000 calorie surplus or whatever stupid bullshit, eat between 300-500 calories in surplus and get plenty of protein, gains will come in time

Sometimes I just blend together all the chicken, oats, and milk and drink it throughout the day. I gag just by looking at it but I just think of all the gains and chug down a bit.

You'll gain fat when you're gaining muscle no matter what, but if you eat too much you'll gain way more fat than muscle, and trust me, you'll want to cut that fat later. If you eat wisely now, your cut will be much shorter.

10lbs in 2 weeks means a 2500 calorie surplus A DAY

Assuming you are tall and relatively physically active, your maintenance is somewhere around 3-3.5k.
How is it even physically possible to consume 6000 calories a day? Enlighten me
