They're bitter and nasty. I'd rather avoid eating the majority of them. Which brings me to my question:

Do vitamin supplements and fiber powder get the job done just as well?

I minimize my tasting of it by eating spinach
You can grab a handful chew it quickly and swallow without much push back
Only drawback is you look like a toddler showing spinach wads in your mouth

How can you not like vegetables? Stop eating that sugary shit right now before its too late. You'll learn to apprer the natural sweetness of some vegetables then. Carrots or bellpeppers are eccellwnr snacks.

Typically the supplements you'd find at the GNC or grocery store are not even bioavailable. If you were to take them you'd be only absorbing a part of the intended dosage, not just for product quality reasons but because your intestines are lined with processed, rotting shit becauae you don't eat healthy like a decent human being.

Stop eating raw like a fucking rabbit. Cook your food and enjoy it.

roasted veggies are easy and good as fuck you mung:

>line rimmed baking sheet with foil
>preheat oven to 500F WITH baking sheet in oven
>halve a bunch of broccoli florets or brussels sprouts
>toss with olive oil/salt/pepper/garlic powder/whatever you want
>take tray out of oven (using oven mitt you vegetable hating mental giant)
>arrange veggies cut side down on preheated tray, will start to sizzle and brown
>roast in oven for 15-20 minutes at 500F, rotating once halfway through cooking time

The other thing, plants are toxic, contra-indicated for human health. Most do not know diabetics cannot eat the super majority of foods, plants especially. More so starchy foods which are being pushed hard by the vegan corporate backed agro-businesses(seventh adventist church).

The reason this is so because carbohydrate metabolizes similarly as sugar, wrecking havoc on blood sugar levels.

You can live your life as a carnivore without issue, no plants.
