I was just like you, what you gotta do is everytime you're in the shower and you get your peepee all wet and elastic you start to push down the skin until you feel it is stretching. Do this for 5 minutes everyday and in a few months you'll be able to retract it fully. Only thing if you start to feel pain it's because you stretched too much and you need to be careful because you could risk to rip off your frenulum and the pain is very very very high. From what I recall there I was given an option to try foreskin enlargement but it would have taken a lot longer. Circumcision is painful, with some swelling and pain for at least 2 weeks after, then you've got to get used to the sensitivity till that dies down. It's not pleasant, but I really do recommend it.
