My goal is to NOT fuck the flirty as hell housekeeper at my work. She's a petite Indian chick with a great ass, and the way she looks at me gets me rock hard.
But I don't shit where I eat, and I definitely don't fuck greencard-wanting semen demons.
>started lifting 2 months ago
>benched 30kg 4x4 lmao
>now bench 60kg 4x4
Did a respectable time 10K the other day.
Paid off another 400 quid off the credit cards.

Nice user. Proud of you.
Thx user.
>doing ADF and lifting
>dropped a few kg's already
>bench and deadlift are roughly the same
>ohp went from 75kg bounce n' go to 72 strict paused
>hopefully shredded with minimal strength loss this summer
Debt is a bitch. I know the feel.
Paying it off is all worth it. Hang in there.
>new to lifting
>can slowly see myself getting bigger
>lifts slowly getting heavier
>am becoming healthier, hang out with friends last night while they were all drinking and I didn't but still had a fun time
>looking forward to lifting for the rest of my life
Started Olympic lifting a month ago and went to test my maxes this week. Snatched 60kg and Clean and Jerked 80kg. Pretty happy with those numbers.
Recently broke a stall on all lifts after a de-load week. Cuts going well and I’m keeping up with my rest day calisthenics, looking better every day.
Hosting a pool party in a few weeks with my mates and some other girls, looking forward to mogging them all when I pull my shirt off since none of them have seen me shirtless and I’m the only one that properly lifts.
We’re all gonna make it, lads.
>Just got 80kg squat
Can I get to 2pl8 in two months while cutting?
Maybe realistically I can get to 85-90
I'm down 4 belt holes so guess that's something
>>doing ADF and lifting
Is this some sort of accomplishment, you welfare queen?
Read the rest of the post brainlet
> Finally hit a 100 kg bodyweight (I'm an ultra hardgainer, so this is a big accomplishment)
> Just broke the 500 x 5 deadlift barrier
> Finally benched 225 x 5 as well (I'm terrible at the bench, I know it's shit for my bodyweight)
> Gonna hit a 500 x 5 squat in about 3 months
Feels gud man
met with a friend yesterday who had gone abroad for a year
>hey user, do you go to the gym? You look way bigger then I remember
finally getting mires, feels pretty good man
I gave up on becoming big; instead I'm trying to change my diet permanently and lift just enough to achieve and maintain ottermode as long as possible, even into my 60s.
Having unachievable goals is what got me into the shitty place I'm in now (health-wise and generally). Choosing the right thing when faced with a choice as often as possible is my goal now. Again, health-wise and in general.
started 7 months ago.
remember my first (60kg) bench falling on my chest and guy running to help me.
now 105kg falls on my chest, I still bench with no spotter though because those are not some extreme weights.
My goal was to ask her out. Before I got drunk enough to get the balls to do it, she said she was hoping I wasn't interested in her in that way. I think I managed to recover by saying that I was interested but it was socially not okay, since we've known each other for years.
It also turned out that everyone could fucking tell I was interested and that's why some guys were acting like dicks to me. And here I thought I offended them personally somehow.
Oh well, fuck it, I'm gonna go deadlift till my eyes are ringing.
*ears. God dammit,
>hang out with friends last night while they were all drinking and I didn't but still had a fun time
I did this just the other day with my family. DD'd for the first time maybe ever. Felt really good as a long time alcoholic degenerate. I'm really trying to shake this fucking liquid gains goblin. We're gonna make it, user.
Finished my fifth semester of six in nursing school recently. Just 14 weeks left in this two year program. Been a hell of a ride, the most difficult god damn thing I've ever done considering I broke up with my gf of 6 years after the first semester and had to start commuting 1.5hrs to and from school every day while trying not to an hero. I'm really excited to be a nurse, bros.
