hey guys.
in september 2018 i started going to a boxing club regularly, and still am. when i started i was about 290 pounds, now im down to 230. i have gained a love for cooking, and my diet and cardio are way better, and im way stronger.

if this picture is accurate id say im somewhere between 26% and 30% body fat. i want to get down to 13%~ body fat for boxing.im about 6 feet tall, 230 pounds, relatively healthy other than fat.

im wondering if i started doing steroids, would i be able to go on a almost all meat diet plus some veggies and bananas and coffee in order to lose more body fat, keep muscle, become stronger cardiovascularly (not a word), and not make my body want to kill itself? or should i just keep dieting with carbs too and slowly get there?

That picture is not accurate. The 20% and 30% pics are way off. Each of them is 5-10% more. Get calipers or get your waist-to-height ratio.

The main steroid people use to get shredded is clenbuterol, which is very dangerous for someone who's not already in fairly decent shape--and you are still in quite awful shape. You can probably keep all your muscle while dieting, if not actually gain some, while staying natty. An ECA stack can help you get through workouts better and increase your BMR by 100-200 calories a day, but otherwise, you need to be patient, because you don't really have a choice.

Whether or not you roid, if you want to cut body fat in an appreciable amount of time then you should cut carbs.
