I do a PPl split but often have a cardio/abs day or superset a lot of shit with core.
Diet wise:
Breakfast: oats
Lunch: tuna and rice or chicken broc n rice or scrambled eggs if im at home
Dinner: chicken broc and rice or some ground beef monstrosity.
Dessert: oats
Boiled eggs, low sugar/high protein yoghurt, nuts, cheese, peanut butter etc for snacks.
I need to work on legs more though.

Goal: cut about 10-15lbs of body fat. Regain visible 6 pack. Pass plateau and do 1/2/3/4.
Now that I've plateaued more or less on upper body. exercises (5x5) switching over to tons of volume (5x10). And have started getting lower body going (squats, presses, hip thrusts). Have also started to work on secondary muscles and stabilizers. Have added 30mins of yoga to help build muscle mind connection every other night in addition to dumbbells before bed.
I'd like to pick up BJJ.

I'm doing 5x10 30lb standing dumb bell curls.
I've noticed that cheat curls, overhand/reverse curls have improved things quite a bit.
I do pull ups (5x7 at 175) and/or lat pulldowns which exhausts my grip strength...i hear chinups are supposed to work biceps...but I dont even know how many chinups i can do.

You have long biceps heads (that's good) so they will be hard grow man, I wasn't trying to insult you btw sorry if it did. On the seated cable row I put a rope attachment and do bicep curls on that and incline dumbbell curls and it helped my growth a lot
