I'm eating 350 to 400 calories a day (200g to 250g of chicken breast) to cut from 65kg to 58kg.
1,350 is easy as fuck.

That's easy. I fasted for 10 days and did 2 hrs of cardio every day. Lost 10kgs. All came back tho.

When you're cutting, especially when you're only having like 6-700 calories a day, do you just say fuck it and forget about protein intake? Eating only 700 calories a day doesn't sound horrible, but how the fuck do you get enough protein? You just don't, right?

You probably need something like 8-12 weeks on this diet to lose enough body fat. I'm eating around the same amount of calories at ~14% bf ~165 lbs and 5'9'', and I have 4.5 weeks planned (almost done with the .5).
Assuming you're OP, if your BMR is 1900, you're easily over 22% body fat. 190 pounds at 22% body fat puts your lean body mass at just under 160 pounds, which will burn a fair bit more than 1900 calories even in a completely sedentary state, e.g. in a coma.

If you have the discipline to eat poverty calorie, then you can do cardio everyday and eat around 2000 instead to lose weight. 1300 calories will melt off your weight and that's going to be both fat and muscle. If you want to only lose fat, then eat more protein, at least consume 2000 calories a day and lose fat from exercise. I started my cut on April 1st and lost 12lbs of water and mostly pure fat since my lifts are consistent. I fucked up real bad in the past because I mainly did caloric deficit to cut, I've lost a lot of my gains and strength. I also was hungry as shit and gained most of my weight back.
You can get enough protein to retain muscle on poverty calories. It just doesn't leave much room for carbs or fats.
Personally, I have a disability that keeps me from burning a lot of calories with cardio (asthma), so I pretty much have to eat like a gulag inmate to lose weight at a timely rate.

I've been eating 13-1500 calories a day at 5"8" because of an office weight loss competition. Started at 192 and last weighed in at 178.4. I'm doing 5/3/1 BBB and throw in 10 mins of 30 sec on 30 sec off jump rope Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and nobody is even close to my weight loss. I had abs to begin with, probably 18% bf and now I'm probably closer to 15%. Lifting is definitely harder but my diet looks like pic related so I think I'm getting decent amount of protons.
Calories also matter since you need it to make your body not slow down it’s metabolism (starvation mode). My cardio I’ve kept it to just 120 heart rate for the whole 20-30 mins session, I’m not gassed but good enough to lose weight, I’m hoping that you can at least do that or else you’re either making excuses to do cardio or actually handicapped

I'm bulking on 3500. I honestly think I could go a whole day without eating a single thing it would feel fantastic

Any activity more intense than a brisk walk is going to spike my heart rate to at least 140 beats per minute, which I can't sustain for more than a couple minutes or so. I'm not even overweight, either. I'm fairly skinny.
