the fact that you're asking this on a bangladeshi model sailboat forum is proof that you're not ready yet

When you eat, do it infront of a mirror. When you fap, do it infront of a mirror.
See how long your filthy habits last then

Hello user, Try starting one thing at a time and work your way up; start with less difficult habits. It's not about being "strong" or "weak", which you currently are, but it's about you bringing out your full potential. I have 2 easy steps for you: Write down what you want to do, Write down reasons why you want it. As simple as that. Write these in the evening. Even just think about them if you can't write. This will help you focus on what matters to you. Next step is to wake up and do it the next day, if you're fully convinced that is.
You can start however you want, but I'd suggest start training more so you can see some progress. Then fix your diet. After you've hit a satisfactory level with that, start nofap/noporn. It won't come easy, but steadily increase the time between masturbating.
Keep at it brother, we'll need strong men when the west collapses.
This user is right, if you were ready you should have looked into this yourself. I hope my words have been helpful.
Unironically good and wholesome advice. I'm not OP and not dealing with his issues but good on you for posting some quality shit

Don’t attempt multiple “radical” changes at once or you’re setting yourself up for failure. Adjust your diet first. Download MyFitnessPal, autistically track all meals. You’ll blackpill yourself on all your favorite foods once you get to actually see how much even a small meal at ShitDonalds fucks up your entire day. Once you have the diet down, then you can focus on fitness. One without the other is a waste of time.
Lastly, stop watching other men fuck attractive women that you’d rather be fucking yourself. That’s called being a cuck, are you a cuck? If so, ignore everything else I just said and keep being a fat cuckold pussy.

You get used to doing things you dislike but know you should do, that makes you more disciplined over time. You will also build good habits, which make it easier to be consistent with your diet and training. With diet especially your body changes over time, your cravings for shitty foods will be reduced, and so long as you can cook decently well you will enjoy the healthier foods you are eating. As said, start with the training. I would recommend doing a 3 day a week, full body routine, as it is effective and easier to stay consistent with than a routine that requires more days in the gym. Use an app to track your workouts, having the record of how many times you went each week right there is great at keeping you in check. Get a scale with bluetooth to track your weight via an app as well, that helps show you how your weight develops. Set realistic mid-term goals and commit to them. Once training is going well start on the diet. Personally, eating twice a day works well for me in restricting calories. An easy way to prepare healthy meals is to buy marinated meat from the butcher, e.g. chicken, steak etc, and to get frozen vegetable mixes. You can make both in the same pan at the same time, super easy and tastes good, use mustard or some other low calorie sauce to go with it. By varying the meat and vegetables you always have variety and the nutritional value is great. Some quark, fruits, nuts etc are also fine, use olive oil for cooking. Cut out soda, ideally also diet soda as the aspartame fucks with your gut bacteria, some hipster sodas with stevia are fine in moderation. Anyways, take it one step at a time, be realistic each time, a routine is only good if you can follow it, and stay consistent
Set achievable goals, that's it. Very few people can change their routine from day to day.

This Though you might not need as many gadgets as this user suggests. As long as you start, you'll see progress. No need to track everything. Otherwise quit drinking everything that isn't water, juice, or a high % spirit. Begin working out straight away. Start slowly adapting your diet to be healthier. Eventually you'll see the benefits.

>that one retard who buys self help books that say the same thing but he thinks they’re all different unique paths of wisdom >prob think tony Robbins is messiah >regularly buys infomercial products, like tac glasses! >”make a list user!” >”write down your goals!”
Brody Edwards
This is what's helped me with my goals My advice to you is try it out instead of applying a stigma to my post
What are tac glasses?
Michael Foster
Yeah you definitely don’t need the gadgets, but they do help. Workout apps are free anyways, and a scale is like 25 bucks, so it doesn’t cost the world. I didn’t use either starting out and it worked just fine, got them a few months in and it helped keep me on track a lot more, especially with not missing workouts and keeping me from stalling during cuts

It's simple, really. Just decide what's more important to you. Nothing more, nothing less. Is eating mcdonalds is more important than feeling good? Is gaming all day more important than picking up your weights for an hour? Keep it in mind, you decide what's important in your life. You decide what you want to achieve and if it really is that important to you you'll realize everything else is just noise preventing you from getting there.

I don’t ask for help on a dumb fucking anime forum. Try that out for a pro tip #1

All of your goals are huge changes compared to what a piece of shit you are, so you can't build good habits.
Start small. Get up and walk your fat ass out the door for 10 minutes three times a week. When you can do that without fucking it up, add a day or increased the amount that you are walking.
Improving discipline is about building good habits, you don't get to just undo all of your shitty fucking habits that you have spent 20 years building
