Does it possible to do hand stand push up if you weight 85kg user?

Does anyone here owns gymnastic rings?

I wanna get my first ones. What should I know before buy them?

I see they come in different materials.
How much difference is in between cheap ones and expensive ones?

I like sucking dick and taking it in the ass

Post your height, weight and how many pull ups you can do

I got some plastic yellow ones as a gift and they're cool. I usually just use them for pull ups, dips and knee raises and it's fine for that

Beware shitty cam buckles. Everybody always talks about the quality of the rings, wood vs plastic etc, or the straps. chances are that stuff will hold up fine. Within a couple of months my straps were slipping through the buckle, and eventually the metal spring actually punched right through the metal clamp itself, so it could no longer hold enough pressure on the web. Now I need to find some other way of attaching the straps while still being able to easily adjust them.

5'4"
134lbs
15 max pullup rep
Looking to start training for more advanced things such as muscle up and front levers.

176 cm
70 kg
15 to 20 reps

Bump

Is the reddit recommended routine redpilled?

reminder that ironl00 is over 200 pounds and absolutely shits on every other calisthenics fag out there

Just subscribed to his channel, do you happen to know of any tall calisthenics guys to follow. I'm 6'4" so most of this shit is probably pretty unlikely for me but it would be nice to know of one tall freak to follow for motivation

check out ironl00s stuff from 5+ years ago, his strength and control was just off the charts for a heavier guy, dude was like an olympic gymnast. now all he does is strongman lifts

6'1"
about 195lbs - fluctuates about 10lbs. both ways
16 pull-ups
20 dips

He looks short though

that or startbodyweight are good progressions for a beginner

>pullovers in intermediate skill group

How about no?

I'd like to know you opinion on Saturnomovment's push and pull routine on YouTube ? I want to do each twice a week.

Also I'd love to go at the gym once in a while since calisthenics isn't perfect for every muscles. Any recommandations ? I already I'll be squatting like crazy and also bench pressing but what else can I do ?

hes 6'0

68kg
175cm
25reps
yesterday did 5x5 with +40kg

yes, don't make excuses you fat fuck

6'2
170 lbs
36 pullups

Oh I wouldve never guessed from his later videos. I still haven't been able to find anyone my height who is strictly calisthenics, I'll have to keep looking.

Post good novice routine for the week

Last 2 numerals decides the reps x sets I do for weighted chinups today

Don't neglect pushups boys
You might think they're a novice exercise but they're a staple for a reason.

What did you guys do for handstand progression? Right now I'm just doing wall handstands to get comfortable being upside down

Mine just broke in half, the press part got away

Buy wooden ones. That's about ir

I weight exactly that much and can do around 10 / 12 in the first set, so there's your answer

6'2'' 82 kg with long as fuck legs. not sure which i should prioritize: front lever progression or one arm pull up progression? which one will I get to faster?

Daniels Laizans on YouTube is 6 foot something I think on YouTube, and he has been world champion of the "freestyle calisthenics" stuff before. Also his videos are some of my favourite content to watch, would definitely recommend.

195cm
90 kg
14 clean pull ups

At least I have the highest kinetic energy output r-right?

From my progress probably front lever, I've made decent progress on that since I started in February, and (tucked) front lever pull-ups are one of my favourite exercises. One arm pull-ups I'm finding pretty hard to get anywhere with

>1.80m
>59kgs
Absolute skeleton here, i mainly swim, do pullups and use the abroller.

About 10 pullups. I've been adding weights to it recently

I get quite some activation in my pecs when doing chinups. After doing a few sets my chest is also pumped.
Does this happen to you as well?

Yeah it does happen to me too, not sure why but I get a bigger pec pump than back

What's the Athlean X of calisthenic channels?

I just want a set of 20 solid push-ups and to be able to do it every day like a boomer. Why is this so fucking difficult?

Is there a good way to calculate how much work you're doing in a movement?
Or even just a rough list of things like what percentage body weight is a straight legged inverted row, what is a bent leg inverted row etc.

180 cm
65 kg
40 kg weighted x 3 reps

Thanks user, I had no idea he was tall. So hard to tell without a good frame of reference.

>stiff as fuck
>Terrible shoulder posture
>Big legs from when I used to squat
>Can't seem to activate back muscles for the life of me?
Yea, I'm thinking we're back
