So boy I’m back

I lost about 30 lbs so far from last year (lot slower of a lose then planned I know) and I have came to the conclusion I need to meal prep. Because I eat way to much.

So throw some of your meal prep pictures. With recipes. Please show the cheaper options if you have them and if not show what your daily eat is. Will post the before and after pictures to were I am currently at now.

I dont take pictures of my meals
>breakfast
3 whole eggs
5 egg whites
1bsp olive oil

>lunch
6.5oz ground beef (93% 7%)
1.5 cups brown rice

>preworkout
2scoops whey
2tbsps honey

>dinner
1.5cups brown rice
2 cans tuna or 2 cans chicken

This puts me right below 2k cals daily 150-170 protons, ~200carbs. I eat some steamed broccoli with every meal but i dont count cals from it or measure it or anything.

forget about the recipes, in your own post you've stated you eat too much. what you lack is discipline, not recipes.

try omad, with that one meal being your average meal size and in late afternoon. if you feel hungry, drink water.

absolutely NO SNACKS/ FAST FOOD/ SOFT DRINKS & any other form of junk food.

stick to greens like broccoli, carrots, peas, corn, etc.

for meat, go for steamed/broiled chicken

NO DEEP FRIED FOOD OF ANY SORT.
if you really cannot bear the hunger, you may, excluding your one meal, eat one apple/onion as a snack

Thank you I’ll be adding this into my rotation. My goal is to make food for 3 days at a time to save on the lack of time I have.

On intermediate fasting I got so tired towards the end of the day I almost pass out even while driving. Does that Omad really work? I’ve heard mixed things but I don’t know anyone who’s done it.

Is that a kidney? I legit was debating on adding that as a protein for one of my meals this week. Me and my dog eat it once a week.

Try to lose weight very slowly though, in the course of years i might add. Might be almost impossible. But you'll fucking hate yourself if you lose weight fast and have all that loose skin hanging that never seems to go away.

If you want to eat alot and lose weight LOW CARB is the diet for you.
Stay under 10 carbs for 3 days
then cruise under 20.

Depending on how fat you are, you should lose a pound or 2 a week.

Ive been super lean and thick using carbs.

Fatness is in part of state of mind, eating a low carb diet does both.

Routine and diet?
What macros and stuff do you eat on that low carb

workout doors.
cardio 20-30 min on stair master.
Basically a bro split with alot of supersets. 1 - 1 1/2 hour weight training usually closer to 90min
Low carb protien shake morning post workout.
Then low carb which is alot of chicken, greens, steak, fish.

Shit just takes time, I go from really lean to lean depending on work. Its hard to stay really lean.
