No equipement exercises

What are the best body weight exercises that require absolutely no equipment?

Imagine that you are in a room with a bed, maybe a chair, and nothing else.

What would your daily workout routine be in such conditions?

sticky has a full bodyweight routine

He also routinely sucks up water from a plate with his asshole in order to do an enema without enema. And in his book he takes forever to get to the point, talking a metric ton of unrelated bullshit instead.

best part is jelq and PC muyscle routine, based as fuck

>fr.scribd.com/doc/97881381/Bronson-Solitary-Fitness

>legs
pistol squats ( can use chair for balance )
bulgarian squats ( leg on chair )
one leg donkey calf raises
one leg deadlifts

>pecs and triceps
chair dips, legs on bed
push ups and variations

>back and biceps
if chair is big and solid you can do inverted rows.
Doorway/ knob rows
door+towel pull-ups ( uncomfortable)
supermans.
well you won't be able to work your back properly without pull movements.

>shoulders
pyke push-ups
crab position push-ups
side planks

most of these won't get you huge but you'll get very fit and add some strenght.

>won't get you huge
I don't plan on getting huge, I just want to be decently fit and don't spend a shitload of money on things I don't need.

Also, convenience. With that you can just wake up, do the routine right in your room and get on with your day.

Thanks for advice.

Gyms are like $20/30 a month.
That calisthenics routine will hardly change your appearance unless you really apply yourself.
The gym is the more efficient and easy route with actual results

if you want to be fit and have times muscles at the same then do the ones I mentioned and add pull ups/chin ups to your routine.
but if you have shitty genetics, legs will lack behind. but they will look good and masculine.

indeed, with gym equipment you can get fast results and big muscles, but you'll pay the price by feeding those muscles considerable amount of proteins.

the cheapest way of getting fit, toned, and muscular is using the gym for squats and deadlifts only, while the rest isn't necessary, pull ups and push ups and variations do the work ..

Jump squats, handstand pushups, pike pike pushups, tridips, maybe one handed.
Chairlifts x failure

>Chairlifts x failure
why?

i actually have hes book kek was cheap as fuck on amazon actually had some decent exercises for in a bedroom because i dont go outside

Pull ups, chin ups, pistol squats, hanging leg raises dips, handstand pushups
Even with weights in my routine I still do these

Used to do a lot of random shit back when I didn't have a gym membership or pull up bar.
I did a lot of push ups and push up variations for lots of sets and reps (do as many as you want), I also had two uneven tables where I could do Dips, just added a book or 2 to even it out. Pistol squats, if you cant do them yet you can use your hands to assist, also don't raise your heels off the floor just work on mobility if you have too. Calf raises.
For arms, I did tricep extensions with my hands on a table (these actually work really well), and for biceps I curled my opposite leg for resistance

I don't want to be this buff, I just want not to be absolutely pathetic in comparison.

don't worry, you'll never get there either way

Burpees. They are a mainstay of prison workouts. Those guys might not get huge anymore since they banned weights. But they are conditioned like warriors

>, I just want to be decently fit and don't spend a shitload of money on things I don't need.

Yeah sorry user, you're not going to make it. If your goal is to be healthy you're going to need regular cardiovascular exercise- probably 60-70 minutes of intense exercise a day to really reduce your risk of disease.

Not wanting to go to the gym or make a real investment in your health is a good sign you aren't actually committed. Especially considering the value of not being fat, unhealthy and dying young

Gyms are overrated. Running + bodyweight should be enough.

Push-up Variations
Use the chair for one legged squats
Lunges
Bed and chair for dips
Ab and condition type movements like sit-ups, mountain climbers, planks
For back you need to get creative, if you have anyway to form a ledge to hang on and pull-up that would be great, another way is to pull your bed around the floor. Also any small weighted object you can use to work your deltoids

Is this nigga actually trying to argue that you need the gym to do cardio?

If you have access to a pull up bar and spend $20-$40 on a pair of gymnastics rings, you don't need the bed, chair or any other form of shitty makeshift equipment. Rings are the most versatile and effective piece of training equipment period.

You're right but I'm pretty sure OP is going to prison

I live in Russia, it's a prison on it's own.

Быть чeлoвeкoм ... инoгдa тpyднo

Google translate is so obvious it hurts

Literally no reason. If you have a gym membership just for cardio, you're either too rich or an idiot.
