Should I lift or do cardio ?

I have 104 days to lose all that shit because it's my birthday
Huge deficit, lot of prot, less carbs but should I lift ou do cardio ? If I do cardio can I skip the skinny fat part ?

Ideally both, cardio is really easy as long as you manage to walk 10k steps a day, takes like 45 minutes of walking with some headphones on. Lifting will burn more calories and help with overall muscle development while cardio will improve your endurance and heartrate which will make lifting easier.

If anything, lifting would be the one to 'skip' skinnyfat mode. Do both regardless: build muscle with noob gains, lose body fat. If you put off lifting you're going to be stuck with a shitty physique way longer.

That's about 15 weeks. Assuming you're untrained, you should be able fairly easily lost 2lbs/week at a 1000 calorie deficit while building some muscle on a structured linear progression program like ss with a few hours of cardio per week.
