I had to think about gaining weight like gaining strength you have to push your body past the point it wants to go in order to force it to change. you may have to force yourself to eat meals you don't feel like eating or use certain tricks. one trick is to eat as fast as possible the faster you eat the more you can get down because your body won't realize your full in time allowing you to over eat. another one is to use water to gulp down the food in your mouth when you get tired of chewing. ( I used to be a skelly and doing those things helped me gain weight )

I was the same as you for a long time op but in the end the following worked for me. eat as soon as you get up, this gets my appetite started for the day. try eat regularly (5 times a day). dont eat to the point you feel sick just eat until you are satisfied. continue to train hard and eat 5x a day. you will slowly be able to consume more and more until you are consuming 5 quality meals. avoid caffeine, only drink water.
