I've been putting half a capful of bleach in my pre-workout. If you do to much it can be really bad for you, but you only need a small amount. I typically slam it and ride my bike to the gym, annoy half an hour away. By that time the bleach is absorbed into my bloodstream, and helps the muscles to tear whenever I lift really heavy, which equals bigger results, as long as you get adequate rest when you grow them back via hypertrophy.
