I diet exercise starve eat vegetables and fruit every day even just to get to the store to buy food I have to bike. I bike 2-4 miles all the time, I walk like 2.5 miles. sometimes I bike miles and walk miles. I walk miles on my treadmill with the incline jacked

I go for everything with low calories. I only drink water and black coffee. I am fat. I am fat because usa food makes you fat. thats the only reason. I just have a body thats designed to be fat. I highly doubt HIGHLY DOUBT that 85% of people I see are working harder than me

theres no way every single person walks and bikes 30 miles a week and then goes specifically for canned vegetables at the store skipping every aisle with good food in it. I know they dont. I see other people working less hard than me and eating more junk food than me. my body is making me fat.

what do I do? I want to take weight loss supplements. I want to take ephedra in tea, DNP, alli, Xenical, and t3. what are some other weight loss drugs or supplements I can take? just caffeine? is it safe to combine all of these at once or how should I do it? should I rotate through all these drugs once in awhile or what? It's a normal distribution. Some of them were husky on the diets they ate. Bro look at tribesmen who still hunt and forage, a lot of them are soft. Most people lie in the range that at most a decent effort at dieting will be enough to keep them in shape but there is an unlucky minority who have to try extremely hard not to eat all the time. There's literally a family deficient in leptin who have to have the food in their house locked up or they simply can't overcome the enormous urges. A bodyweight of 300lbs might genuinely be the healthiest weight some extremely unlucky genetic freaks can be at.

If OP is genuinely doing everything right and struggling still (until he's counted his cals correctly, estimated his tdee correctly and been consistent with it, he can't claim this) then he may simply have to suffer more than the rest of us. But I am PROOF that they are. I counted my calories for 10 months, eating 1500 calories aday. I am 6'0. I was 400lbs to start, and I ended up at 398lbs. So tell me, what happened? Literally the ONLY thing I can think of is that I drank a few 1L bottles of soda per day, BUT

1. I pissed virtually all of that out again, so didn't go into my body
2. The body has 'Soda Cells' which can't divide quickly due to the gas in the soda giving them the bends if they try to be quick about it, they only divide enough to be worth about 100 calories of fat growth per day regardless of soda consumption, the rest of the soda soaks out of the body
3. It was usually 1 or 2 bottles, not 3-5. So binging was the exception
4. It was at least 40% Sprite, Sprite is literally RECOMMENDED by many personal trainers, my PT has a motto, 'the fat Ostrich isn't a flightless bird it is a Spriteless bird' because Sprite gives you the energy to work out

The difference between basal metabolic rates is in the range of 50-150 calories between similarly-aged individuals. Metabolic rates simply do not vary drastically enough to account for the fact that one 25 year old is 150 lbs while the other 25 year old is 400 lbs. The only thing that accounts for that is an absolutely MASSIVE difference in daily caloric intake.
