Who is he?
None are necessary if you have a balanced diet.
Creatine helps with pushing out a few extra reps, so over the long term is the only non-snake oil supp desu.
I take a daily iron pill because im a frequent blood donor. I feel like its helped me with my recovery a bit but i wouldnt waste my money if i wasnt at risk for anemia
Amphetamin, benzodiazepine and viagra

Is she on facebook I would like to be friends with her if you know what I mean
Yeah haha I know haha yeah
Unless you're deficient in something you don't need any supplements of vitamins and minerals. It's better to eat a balanced diet. If you live in a place where it's hard to get enough sunlight you should consider taking D, though, as it's a very common deficiency.
Creatine actually works and is worth it. The effect isn't huge, but it's noticeable if you train hard.
Whey is really cheap and high quality protein.
The rest are probably a waste of money unless you have a very specific reason for it (your blood levels show a deficiency, you're on some medication where you should supplement etc.)
Supplements are for faggots just eat food.
>pump

Dad, get off the internet.
I'm afraid I don't know what you mean. Can you "elucidate"?
not sure about health, but with regards to performance, creatine is the only good one if we're not counting preworkouts. for hypertrophy, whey, maltodextrin, fish oil and creatine are literally the only ones that anyone sensible bothers with. the rest are literally scams.
whey and starch powders can be good during high volume or lengthy workouts to recover energy without having to eat a ton of food. dunno about anyone else but fuck eating a banana and protein bar before heavy squats when i'm already tired.
