30 minutes running on a 10% incline doesnt even come close to making me as tired as 30 minutes on this absolute torture device.

Nobody can do more than a minute and a half on it.
I've done 45mins with the first 30min using a 30# plate carrier.

I usually do 1000 steps at end of workout at like 70-80 steps/min. I like doing stairs now.
