When people talk about strong Jaws they are usually thinking the chin. Chin and the rear hinge of the jaw are separate components of the mandible. Often guys have a big target of a protruding chin and don't realize it can be a liability.
Now, there isn't a particular structure that is indestructible either. Fact is a really good pro striker can break just about anyone's jaw if they connect right. It might have the lowest % chance to break, or be the hardest to break... but it still has it's limits.
