why the fuck would you do if/omad if you don't need to lose weight anymore
Imagine being like 13 and having her as your babysitter and she lets you play with her tits "as a joke" haha wouldn't be weird hahaha
Idk, for health benefits or what not, never been under 25%bf so I don't know how fit people live
haha
I did a 5 day water fast then carnivore then raw carnivore and now I'm doing meat and veggies, no eating windows. I've been lean and fit this whole time though, I just like to mix it up.
You’ll be lucky to get a fatty you incel faggot

AHAHAHAHHA GOOD ONE DUDE. ON THIS ENTIRE BOARD I'VE NEVER SEEN ONE FAT /FASTER/ POST THEIR BODY. They look like fucking shit, that's why. There only proof is some manlet that has been lifting for over 10+ years and they take what he says as gospel. Learn to diet, learn nutrition, learn to lift and you will already progress miles faster than a /fast/er.
Just a reminder that this is the type of "progress" you can expect from the snake diet.
This is a 14yo doing pull-ups at home kek stop cherry picking retarded negro
I mean how long between the two? Progress is progress, we should be laughing at time spent. The dude lost fat, how is this a point against fasting for weight loss?
Just a reminder not to listen to faggots who have opinions on things they've never tried.
it's easier than having to remember to eat multiple times a day to meet your macros
Im currently like your left picture, explain what you did in details, I want to see my abs, it's been 27yo since I'm born and never been under 25%bf
From my experience, extended fasting with snake juice is the fastest way to shed pounds, but you will have low energy in the gym and generally feel pretty lethargic. Also, once you're lean-ish, it gets very difficult to keep up. When that happened to me I transitioned to OMAD (or at least a tight schedule IF). The results are a bit slower obviously but I can workout with almost 100% intensity. Also, I do about an hour of steady state low intensity cardio on yohimbine most mornings. Can't prove that it helps but I really believe it does.
Good luck
Isn't better to have a slower fztlosss and keep gaining strength on the gym or just go full Yolo and eat snake juice and be shit at the gym
How long it took to you to reach ab mode
He lost weight. If this is your goal I don’t see a problem

Depends on your priorities, if you wanna get shredded ASAP at all costs hit the snake juice, but OMAD/IF is certainly the better option if you're patient. I went from like 165lb to 140lb by extended fasting bc I'm impatient, and while my energy was low my lifts barely went down. If I was doing OMAD the whole time I prolly could have hit PRs though. As for how long, entirely depends on how much fat you have, but when I did extending fasting + yohimbine cardio I was losing almost a pound a day. If you have a similar build and height to me (5'10") the very highest you'll see them at is ~140. If you wanna be SHREDDED I estimate I would get there at or near 130. Obviously this would be higher if you have more muscle than me and vice versa.
I did all three and lost 100+ lbs but wouldn’t say I’m eating regularly now.
My first meal (1,000+ calories) consists of 6 raw eggs, a can of coconut water, whey, beef collagen peptides, and milk. This is after a workout (M-F) with a large OMAD Saturday and fasting on Sunday.
Then either I snack on beef jerky or have a 500 calorie lunch of lean turkey or chicken. Dinner usually consists of 6 oz. of various berries, one good carb source, meat, celery or cucumbers, and some peanut butter. The weekend “cheat meal” is usually sushi, Mediterranean, or dim sum. The fast isn’t very long and do fasted exercise also.
I drank hard gainer for months and put on like 16lbs. I've not been to the gym in months now and lost like 10 of the lbs I put on since I quit the hard gainer. I'm still above my original weight from before I went on the gainer so I'm assuming that's the small amount of muscle that I gained?
