That's still $160 for an intermediate adult male user

Based and grugpilled

But in the stone age....

what do you need half a ton for?

I squat and diddy rocks for reps
Also there are a bunch of them near me

The average adult male deadlift

yes thats the average

aint no average motherfucker doing 1000lb diddys.

You can literally just buy three pounds of it and use that rock to hit the person at the front desk of a gym in the head when they ask where your pass is.

Picked up a 227lb stone this weekend but didn't get a video of the one lift I got. 180 here.

you gotta pay to go outside now?

If you live near natural stone then you're lucky. All I have here is cornfields.

Now build a pyramid

lost

looks safe

a lot safer than bad form.

make me, manlet

you look like iron loo

I started stone training recently since my gym membership ran out, I can tell you it works my biceps, forearms and core better than the gym so I might continue doing it after I go back to the gym. I think the stone is around 100kg, I have only managed to shoulder it once so far, it is sort of tricky to leverage because it is long.

You don't have to tell me twice!

But during the stone age...!

How much do you bruise up after taking a long break? If I don't shoulder a stone every week I get yellow bruises all over my arms for days after I get back to it.

This is some basedboy shit. I can see some young chubby father doing this for half an hour on a Saturday while his wife looks on shaking her head while he play with rocks, then he goes and posts about it on reddit

I don't get a bruise as much as I consistently get shredded skin on my right forearm because the stone is blocky and it always has to press along one of the edges, the skin is bruised but it is bloody and shredded more. In the past few weeks I have stopped bleeding, I guess got my skin got thicker.

Do you even know about strongman events you absolute retard?

ok retard

Any basedboy who can shoulder 100kgs can gape his mouth at Nintendo and Star Wars all he wants. You sound like a jealous fag.

based

the seethe youre getting in response proves it

I've been casting pieces of concrete to make my own barbell. (The bar is pipe. I'm not worried since I'm a beginner and it doesn't need to hold much.) This ring is about 11 lbs. I can also string them together for a Farmers carry. I can make about eight (totaling 80 lbs or so) for four bucks worth of concrete.

This is where I got the design:

Do not know if I should laugh or be impressed

Do you literally just lift them up and put them down?

Why not both?

That's actually pretty impressive if it doesn't break apart easily. Way cheaper than weights.

>not stone shoulder Steve Austin

>fat as fuck
>man tits
Let me guess you power lift when you’re not lifting rocks?

Im getting stoned tonight too:^)

Very cool. I've thought about doing this for fixed-weight dumbbells. Just casting a 2" pipe in between two hunks of concrete and pressing it sounds beast as fuck.
