and yes i'm over 18

Dude it's only been 4 months
I see some progress

Also eat more

What you are doing wrong is you are still growing into your body. Just keep at it and in another year you won’t be a twink

fuck i wish i had that adonis belt

Whats the circumference of your wrist?

i have that adonis belt

Gyno

Time and dedication. I started lifting at 17, 5'11, 139. I made it as high as 195 at around 12%. That was solid diet and 8 years of lifting.

Now I'm 31, married, high level career. 14 years in and I'm 173, but also probably sitting at 10%. I can still impress everyone in normy gyms by doing pull ups with 2pl8 for a good number of reps, or rack pulling and shrugging 5pl8 at my weight for awhile.

It's a long journey, but retirement is also nice.

six weeks later - eat more and lift big. Im still super DYEL

Attached: IMG_2594.jpg (3024x4032, 1.68M)

Yup noob gains spotted, keep going bro, we're all gonna make it.

Yeah there's some progress there don't give up. Are you using protein powder?

Dyel af
And no you don't eat because you lost fat faggot
4 months wasted

Post boipussy

You're gaining decently bro. Don't sweat the bulking, you can eat at maintenance and still gain until you're a year or two into lifting.

3 months, been at the gym most days

I don't own a scale (and neither does planet Jow Forumsness) but I'd guess I'm 165

Shooting for ottermode. I'm already happier when I look in the mirror, though I've still got a ways to go

Attached: unnamed-2.jpg (2448x3264, 544K)

No you're not eating.

I don't care how much you say you are, I highly doubt you are consistently eating at least 3k calories a day (track it for week). You would have gained a noticeable amount of weight with 4 months of lifting and eating properly otherwise.

Also underage leave

Hey guys could y’all rate my progress?
First pic is after 1 month
Second pic is after 3 months.

what are those muscles next to the abs called?
(ur top 2 abs the 45 degree muscle thing)
and how do i train them,
t. noob

pretty sure it's just his serratus

I dont work them specifically, i just do a lot of labor that involves twisting and turning and lifting.

Google it.

I rocked the "athletic" aesthetic a few years ago when I was playing varsity sports in hs and lifted more consistently. Was about 175lbs at the same bf%. Now I'm just ottermode bordering on skelly because I haven't had as much time to spend in the gym due to my job plus uni

5'10 150lbs, also don't forget to post face gains.

Attached: IMG_20190522_234131417.jpg (4000x3000, 2.16M)

Topkek, forgot that Jow Forums hates when I mobile post and posts everything upside down because hiroshimoot is just too lazy to fix the compatibility issues

Ah well , I'm too lazy to fix it

Read the sticky and eat more, you're not eating nearly enough if that's you after 4 months. This means there is something wrong with your routine and you diet probably. It takes a lot of time and dedication, and really there are no shortcuts unless you want to roid, and even with roiding it takes awhile

If you want to rapidly make some gains you're going to need to count your daily caloric and protein intake in a journal or on a calendar. For novice body building, the general rule is that you want to eat 2 grams of protein per lb of your weight. You can try going to a seasonal routine of bulking and cutting but that's not always necessary and you're gonna need to leave more about the basics of dieting and excercise before you do anything like that yet.

Six weeks isn't enough time to judge your results yet, but from the looks of it you're skinnyfat so it's going to take some time to get your bf% low enough to see some definition. Just have patience

Keep going my man, in 3 more months you'll have some extremely noticeable definition

Thanks dude. I won't let you guys down. I feel like I owe some of my success to you guys motivating me so much.

182cm

Why am I such a chestlet? Benching 95kg for reps.
Also r8 pls.

Eat more, progress is noticeable

Noob gains wew

That chest muscle gained nice, you'll look great in a year from now.

Gj man, but why are you such lightweight. You're pretty tall.

>why am i a chestlet

ALL YOUR GAINS ARE IN YOUR ARMS

This is really motivational, hats off to you sir

5'10 200lb

Attached: 1558546776258.jpg (1440x2560, 1.54M)

time, diet, routine etc?

>all your gains are in your arms
Out of the 12 exercises I do, literally only two are arm isolation (preacher curls and ez bar triceps extensions).
I'm just so extremity-heavy...

mirin tits btw, whats ur routine
Im doing bench, incline, dips and db flys

Absolute skeleton here, been lifting for ~2 months but haven't been made any progress in a while. Will eating more (especially more protein) actually help me? I'm not concerned about looks at this stage since I know that'll happen later rather than sooner but I actually can't add weight to my current working sets and still do them properly. Been told my form is fine.

How much did you weigh then and now???

Calculate your TDEE, add +300 kcal to it and eat as much every day (be aware you need more kcal on workout days).
With proteins you're good with eating body weight in gramm. So e.g. 160lbs -> 160g protein per day.
Yes, eating above maintenance kalories and hittingr your protein goal will help you and is actually pretty much essential to make gains.
Also, track your weight. You wanna gain about 1kg/month.

Ah I forgot:
tdeecalculator.net/

Mirin that V cut, why even people without low bf can achieve it?
Nice chest gains bro
Bf?
Mirin arms
Motivational as fuck

181cm
First pic: 64kg jan/19
Last one: 75kg may/19
I know it's a long road, but I'm happy with my progress so long. Guess that in one year from here I'll no longer be a dyel

Attached: 5mo (1).jpg (1024x768, 78K)

I know that feel man, I'm in a pretty big plateau due to my current inability to dedicate most of my time to staying ace. Just keeping eat that good shit, lot of meat, salads, and enjoy a treat every now and then. Once you start getting good gains on the arms you won't lose them if you keep it up. I believe in you!

Bench incline/decline barbell, dumbell bench, flies, hammer press

I don't get it. Does it really all come down to genetics?
What are your stats and weekly frequency?
Im hitting chest two times a week.
Bench 95kg x5
Incline 70kg x10
Dips +10kg x12
DB Flys 20kg x12

Although my pic is a few month ago, my chest improved since then, only running the high frequency since a while.

Incline 110kg 5x5
Bench db 36kg, we dont have heavier dbs so i do that 15x4
Flies 22kg 4xfailure
Hammer press 30kg 4x10-15

J-jij ook

>under 6 foot

I don’t know wether I’m too skinny for low calories or too fat to try a slight bulk

Please have sex with me.

Sweet
Gonna do maintenance/slight surplus with weighted calisthenics
I fuckin love that stuff, but I gotta fix my chin-up form because it makes my forearm bone feel weird

Definitely bulk dude.
But don't dirty bulk, just do slightly above TDEE, about +300 kcal

Go full bulk. You look like a stick and you should make the most out of your noob gains. Worrying about your fat percentage is out of the question for now.

Fuarkk benched 157.5kg so close to 160kg. Were all gonna make it.

Attached: 20190522_190947.jpg (1440x2443, 1.6M)

Thanks for the tips - I’ll go for the 300 surplus, crank out the pushups and pull-ups, and invest in a good weighted vest when bodyweight gets too easy

What will you do for legs and the posterior chain muscles?
You need squats and deadlifts

So far you're doing alright. How old are you, kid?

I've got a squat rack and bar I'll use for those - bodyweight squats are alright for endurance, but weighted barbell squats are that good shit

5’10
142 pounds
Yeah I know I look like the skinny fat shitposters on Jow Forums but it’s good progress considering I started out as a lard ass (something above 20 percent bf)

Attached: EBCC36C7-1811-4F61-85A8-D108F405BB40.jpg (750x1334, 173K)

Mirin arm

How am I doing so far? My calves and forearms are problem zones

What program? Only do the main compounds for some time and also some arm isolation. Eat enough protein? Shakes?

Attached: IMG_20190521_122628.jpg (720x959, 127K)

Haha I bench 20 kg so far fml

Why so sadboy tho

20kg as in the bar or 20 on the sides?

10kg each side. How do you count the bar?

I mean the bar itself is 20kg, so you lift 40kg.

Ahh that sounds better haha

>23th

you've already failed

You saved me.

Attached: Day1Image.jpg (800x600, 39K)

whoa

good luck user

Other one 404’d

5’10” 195. Gaining weight, gaining stength, feels good. PR’d 530 on deadlift not too long ago with more in the tank.

Rest of you dudes are looking good. Respect to the fatties making progress here, stay motivated. We’re all gonna make it

Attached: 3A745C47-46E4-4025-A99E-C08DCA1C445C.jpg (2706x3689, 1.27M)

What supps do you use?

I eat nature valley protein bars lol. I ran out of protein powder awhile ago and it’s expensive as fuck in the country I’m working in so I just decided to gain weight so I can hit my protein macros from food

I always felt that protein powder was just a scam. Your body proves that for sure.

nice bod, how much time it did take to gee

How do I look skinnier at the same height and twenty pounds heavier? I must have some weirdass fat distribution.

Appreciated man.
I started lifting 3 years ago, and that was from a base of not knowing what the hell I was doing, so you could do it a lot quicker with the right training definitely

2 years of lifting. Not the greatest genes, with the narrow shoulders. First pic is without pump and in bad lighting. Second from gym with better lighting.

>hiding his bulge
Not going to make it

Just kind of always been skinny, parentv couldn't afford food etc.

I've been really consistent on my bulk for the least year so i hope to continue it up to 200lbv and then go from there.
