Any Chads here use copper water bottles? I read about the harmfulness of micro plastics so I ditched my old gym bottle. Also it supplements some of my daily copper. I'd rather get benefits than potentially harm my temple. Thoughts?

Do not repeat use flask, daily is enough to supply
Enjoy your green corrosion. Aluminum is the choice of Chads.
>Aluminum
no thanks mr shekelberg
I am deficient in copper, so why not?
>not glass
You get the double benefit of no leaching and lifting a heavy bottle
Above ideal means not ideal. It is provided by one filling.
I sure hope you don't drop it anywhere.
Just drink tap water, even if it's not safe
Those extra minerals will give you a boost
Yes, goy just drink the tap water that's full of fluoride
I got this one on Amazon. It says that some are coated in lacquer or not pure, so be careful bros. Apparently it might fight bad bacterias in water too
Good advice, rabbi.
OP is going to get liver failure in a few months and come back complaining why nobody warned him
How would this ever give me more than 10mg of copper a day. You're just missing out on free minerals.
What next, lead bottles?
Yeah what's wrong with glass? I maybe wouldn't transport it in a backpack with a bunch of sturdy objects, but if it's just sitting on your desk I would only use glass. Barring that, stainless steel.
>not using a uranium-238 bottle
It's like you want contaminants
>He doesn't drink out of cast iron bottles
You realize microplastics come from the water, not really bottles themselves right?
You are using a reverse osmosis filter to eliminate microplastics, bpa, estrogen, antidepressants, PFOAs, VOCs, dioxins, heavy metals and anything else, right?
Imagine the taste of milk in that shit
Its like you aren't even trying to make it.
>all natural beesewax sealed leather waterskin.
t. lawrence of arabia
Imagine being afraid of copper
The extra estrogen makes it delicious, too!
Glass chad
I use stainless.
My main issue is that all of my weekly meal prep is in plastic because there's not enough room in the fridge for 21 meals, but heating up 21 meals in plastic every week is probably not good.
It's BPA free but it has been determined that all plastics leach endrocrine disruptors into your body even if it's "BPA" free, there are still hundreds of compounds of concern.
How do you guys meal prep to avoid it?
show me your vanadium intake faggot
Glass bottles beats everything except gold, but a gold bottle would be ridiclous.
If you get a good glass bottle from an company that specializes in glass works there won't be any problems with them shattering. Get one that comes with an isolating sock around it to keep the water cool and add additional protection.
If you get a glass bottle from whatever beverage you had it will break easily. These are bottle that have been mass produced to be as cheap as possible.
Pic related.
Switch out all the plastic containers with pyrex containers.
I can't fit 21 pyrex containers in the fridge. They take up way more space
Big glass containers to store my food in fridge in bulk.
Smaller glass containers to bring them to work.
I just portion the days lunch out in a container in the morning.
Still have plastic lids, but shit I'm doing what I can.
glass or inhale some german gas
>Not drinking delicious tap water delivered via copper pipe
There is probably estrogen all over the place now no matter how much you try to avoid it. Even if you catch your own food in the wild what do those animals drink and eat? What makes those things live?
Water.
Welcome to the marvel's of industrialization and the progress of technology.
>buy antimatter bottle on a whim
>can only put antiwater in it or the universe will explode
this shit is expensive
All plastics should be generally forbidden when it comes to food. Nobody needs extra plastic wrapping around their tomatoes or cucumbers. Plastic is an industry product and it should stay there. I'm not hating on plastic because it's the greatest and most flexible material of mankind but the use should be limited to nonfood products. Glass is the Chad tier. There are several variants of glass and some are sturdy as hell. I have a glass table and dropped a cup full of coffee on it, the cup broke but the table is as new.
>aluminium
enjoy your altzeimers
glass or nothing
Do meal prep more frequently
^This
Or have bigger bulk glass ones and assemble the meal into a smaller one when needed - I got three big ones (ikea) and make a smaller glass one up daily out of these

>my retarded response got a retarded response
>I'm entitled to more than that
Neck yourself
Ok i might actually look into this.
Aluminum cans are coated with plastic on the inside. The same is probably true of aluminum bottles.
Glass is clearly the best container for food or drink.
>read about the harmfulness of micro plastics so I ditched my old gym bottle
>I bought into the marketing.
the exposure is minimized you dumbass
>there is literally people on this earth that buys the most pointless shit in the world, A FUCKING WATERBOTTLE
I know right. Just drink from the local river like I do. All you need is a hand.
>Not pumping your arms with each sip you take from your thick radiation-safe lead bottle
I think you mean lead and undepleted uranium.
Did we drink bottled water 100 years ago? i dont think so, thats why they lived long as fuck, now we all weak manlet humans drinking water from a bottle, and the bottle need some fancy shit like copper or weird shit
godo decision op. i use copper bottles exclusively. I fill them up them up at night and let them sit over night inthe copper, and then drink the day after. it is fantastic.
see this video of pajeet guru talking abt it more.
youtube.com

STAINLESS IS SUPERIOR
DUDE JUST DRINK YOUR OWN PISS FROM YOUR OWN DICK
PROS:
1. UNLIMITED WATER
2. HEALTHY
CONS:
1. FAGGOT
based
>not using a three step distillation/ reverse osmosis/ nano filter water purification system to get pure H2O then growing and feeding your own plants and animals to consume.
Enjoy your bitch tits and low sperm count, nu-male
Enjoy being sent to the nursing home at 40y/o with early dementia.
Dudes, just do what I do and fill an empty whiskey bottle with water and carry that shit around
this. too bad the piss has to touch your dick so you can't drink it. really, the ideal thing is to get a designated piss gf who goes everywhere with you and drinks a ton of water and dispenses piss directly from the pussy into your mouth. if you really load her up with water, the piss is basically pure h2o with only a tiny bit of piss in it (which isn't even nearly as bad as flouride or micro plastics). she'd be a human water filter and all the estrogens she's absorbing out of your water will make her tiddies big and milky. its literally the perfect setup.
Heavy metal poisoning is a thing, user.
just listen to some pop for a bit then
True. Too bad I can't find a stainless that has a stainless sports lid, had to settle for plastic lid.
I'm a pajeet and our people did this since metallurgy

Glass bottle fag here. Glass is superior
Glass is great too; I use glass cups at home. I just prefer the copper for the extra benefits over night and on the go. Makes the water taste better some how. Like I said before, I am deficient so it is cost affective rather then getting supplements
GF got me one like pic related. That white seal ring thing is the only plastic that might touch your water. It's 1L too, I carry the thing everywhere.

I use mason jars. They're glass, come in a bunch of sizes and stack I'm the fridge. The wide mouth pint size or quart size are pretty much the perfect size for most meals. You can microwave them and eat out of them. And the lids screw on so they won't leak in your bag like pyrex. Just have to be careful to if you put a couple of together in a bag to not knock them together.
I don't know what you fags are mad about: do you own a factory that makes plastic-lidded metal containers?
i use glass personally, much better. also where the hell am i going to find copper bottles.
HA
WHO ARE YOUUUU
>complains about lazy brainlet wojack image with reddit filename

dumbass
>What is borosilicate?
You know you shouldn't reuse disposable plastics after like 3 uses due to leaching, right?
Those minerals are largely just hard waste your body has to work to dispose of. We don't chip scale off the sink faucet and eat it for nutrition. Vitamins and minerals should come from plant and animal foods, not water. Water for the body is just water. Not mineral delivery. Get your water clean and pure. Distilled water will not leach minerals from your bones; osmotic transfer, except in more extreme cases of salt deficiency, does not occur between cells and bodily fluids. That's half of the entire purpose of having cells to begin with.
What distilled water WILL leach from your body are the hard, indigestible minerals (i.e. stone, dirt) that your body does not need and can't use.
Clean, pure water is good for you.
yes this is the only thing that has changed in those years. water containters.
