Not really. 1.7g/kg is optimal, anything beyond nets you no extra benefit. I consume roughly 113g of protein at 186lbs while cutting and see minimal strength loss. I do take ashwangadha extract tho to help with test levels

Protein doesn't have to be expensive. You can buy perfectly good quality protein for $60 a month if you buy in bulk

Keep fat at 65g, between 75 and 50. 45 MINIMUM.
The rest carbs. If you lower cals, you lower carbs keep all the rest the same.
When you get really lean, show lean. You can up proteins.

I believe the benchmark is 0.8-1g per lb, many people won’t get enough just by eating 100g
