Congrats on all you hitting 1plates stick with it and you will hit more takes a few years but so worth it. I Finally hit 3plate recently at 26 years old after hitting it once at 21 and stopped lifting due to life but got my gains back I'm so happy.

All you can hit 3 plate in your life if you try. Biggest tip I can give any of you Natty benchers is go on a big ass bulk. Use calories like steroids and just go on a big nasty bulk focus on benching twice a week and the rest of the time build the fuck out of your upper back lats and triceps they combined are the key.

Also search scott Mandelson bench video on mark bells YouTube it's a super power way of benching that unlocks big boi mode.
