Male Beauty Pageants

>ran by (((IFBB))) mostly
>men ogle other mostly naked and oily men and rate their muscles
>politics play a part
>once you get in you cant get out

the people in them don't actually look good

>they think its a sport
>its not

My dad did semi professional body building in the 80’s/90’s and won a lot of first/second/third place trophies. He says it’s the gayest sport in the world and he’s glad he got out when he did. Nobody cared about being aesthetically pleasing anymore and just wanted to put on as much muscle as possible, he wasn’t willing to look that retarded so he quit doing them. Competed until he was in his late 30’s and stopped. Did a lot of steroids and is lucky he is as healthy as he is nowadays. I’ll post some images of him with the face blurred out, this was from a competition the very early 2000’s. This was the last competition he ever did. He was about 40 in these photos and said he looked best when he was in his early 30’s and by this age he said he couldn’t achieve the physique he could in his late 20’s/early 30’s

he is a big guy...

Great physiques inspire great thoughts and feelings. Wanting to perfect ones physique, to develop muscle, power, leanness, symmetry is a natural manly instinct and this should be promoted.

your dad is based, aesthetic and absolutely right about bbing

For you...

Your dad is awesome

lost

>Started out dudes just lifting and using pharma grade steroids (legal at the time)
>Growth hormone from cadavers was introduced and took things to another level, this is where you get the classic Arnold physique, Frank Zane, etc.
>Fast forward to the 90s, insulin became widely abused and popular. This is when you start seeing the "roid guts" and disgustingly huge guys. It became more about putting on as much muscle as possible and less about aesthetics
>fast forward to now; to stay competetive you need to be running grams and grams per week of gear, insulin, synthol, pharma grade growth hormone and even then there are hundreds of other guys still better than you. costs thousands of dollars and most end up doing gay 4 pay to fund their drug supply or selling gear themselves

long story short, gear should have never been made illegal but the jews didn't want a bunch of white men with excess testosterone running around

>Men with body issues put on an impractical amount of mass to stand on a stage and be judged by some DYEL
>Die at 50 because your heart is the size of a melon

Bodybuilding is gay as fuck and the "competitions" are bent.

classic era bbers didn't use growth. atleast not in significant quantities. that came in the 90s with the mass monster era.

They used GH from cadavers, it was a decent amount but once synthetic became available it was more widely used

Yeah he was massive as fuck, tall too at 6’3. I always wanted to be as big as him but he never wanted me to get on the roids like him. Said it took a toll on his body and all his joints are absolutely fucked now, fucked back, fucked knees, fucked wrists, fucked ankles. All fucked. He believed that steroids should only be taken if you seriously wish to compete and only once you’ve been seriously lifting for 3 years. “The biggest castles are built on a strong foundation”

why would anyone care about test? its not like jews have the most test, and they are the most successful demographic

Source?

This, except they got rid of beauty years ago and just go for mass now.

was he lifting really hard all the time? like Ronnie.

>Started out dudes just lifting and using pharma grade steroids (legal at the time)
Test wasn't isolated until the 30s and it was only used as an antidepressant until Warsaw Pact Olympic weightlifters in the late 50s started experimenting with it. Then it spread all over, being legal for a couple more decades. So there were a few decades where all BBs were natty. Pic related.

They are pharmaceutical conventions.

Based.
Low test men are easily controlled.

>it was only used as an antidepressant until Warsaw Pact Olympic weightlifters in the late 50s started experimenting with it
>imagine believing this
Reeves was on roids.

He never was as big as Ronnie so he never lifted as much weight and being a bodybuilder he naturally leaned more towards volume work. He definitely lifted respectable numbers though, he never did 1 rep maxes as he thought it was to risky and he didn’t care about them anyways. I believe he told me he used to be able to bench 465 for a set of 20 reps but I could be wrong about the weight. Strongly advocated for squatting, believes it’s the single most important overall mass builder one can possibly do. First time I did squats with him he made me do a pyramid for 10 sets and then made me drive us home in my car which at the time was a manual. I thought my legs were going to fall off haha, I was around 16 at the time.

Reeves was definitely on test.

Doubtful. Nobody had a reason to hide it back when roids were legal. That would be like someone today secretly using creatine and pre-workout.

why even b8 with bullshit that isn't even funny?

I'm serious, it was literally an over the counter drug before the faggots in Congress banned it. Why would anyone hide using something OTC? It just makes no sense.
