I’m 5 days into 500 calories a day (2000 calorie deficit). It’s going good but I’ve been pissing a lot and waking up to pee a few times each night. Today I started having black liquid death shits. Hope that part passes as I now need to shower after I poop. I’m only doing this until I go from 225lbs to 200lbs then going to a normal deficit. This is kinda extreme but I do agree with everything you said.

We literally shifted the paradigm backwards from "dude you lose muscle if you cut hard" to "dude it's literally impossible to lose muscle cutting hard". Truth is, do whatever the fuck you want but stay consistent.

I once did a 1000kcal deficit calorie after my first year of training because i dirty bulked like a retard.
Instantly lost nearly all my gains.
