Marinate it in Italian salad dressing for a few hours and then I put on some Nashville Hot seasoning while grilling.
About 7 minutes on each side (wait until the chicken doesnt stick when flipping) Flip it as little as possible. Then let it sit for a few minutes on a plate before cutting it to get the nice juicy breasts

This week I also made a low-cal salad with tuna, fet cheese, tomato, cucumber an iceberg lettuce seasoned with olive oil, vinegar, lemon and basil

All the one I see in store are basedbean oil based.

Zesty Italian fat free by Kraft is what I used

I make 21 of those meals every week. 3 meals per day. 150g protein 150g carb and i guess ~15g fat since the boiling water doesn't get all of it. I eat 3 eggs with one piece of toast in the morning and have an egg white/banana/blueberry/peanutbutter powder smoothie every night after the gym.
I've been eating this for 14 months now without variation. The spices I use on the beef + the texture of the sushi rice is godlike.

Canned salmon has been my go to when I'm strapped for time. Just stir fry it with some egg and rice and some seasonings. Is canned Alaskan wild salmon okay bros?

The fat is absolutely essential for the synthesis of testosterone via the cholesterol in the fat. If you're not eating fat, especially animal fat, how is your body going to produce hormones required to build muscle?
Not only that but fat is essential for the absorption of vitamins A,D,E, and K.
I just make bulk shit and weigh it out morning of, sometimes i just bring rice in a Tupperware then order 2 sides of chicken from chipotle.
