Gains dissipate literally after a day

Wtf bros? Literally a day after workout I lose definition and my temporarily swole forearms deflate back into sticks. Been lifting for years, age 42, natty.

That would the pump, it's nice and all but not the same as gains.

Why you you confuse the two here? I find it hard to believe that you don't already know the difference.

How do you get the pump to stay for a 2-3 days until next workout?

I get that Arnie put in a lot of work too, but that quote would be a lot more meaningful if he hadn't roided.

Every other gym faggot has a well built physique nowadays thanks to the PEDs.

>tfw you'll never look as bis as you do with a pump

DON'T CHASE THE VISIBLE ABS. Just eat more and train. Muscle mass and visible abs = fraud

Look into roids

What the fuck are you complaining for, pops? You can walk unassisted, I think, so isn't that enough for you? Gracile is better than robust, anyway, so a lean forearm is better than an inflated one.

Bro, you're in your 40s ffs. Don't expect to keep the pump like the 20 yo's, especially if you only started training in your late 30s. Come on man. Honestly, look into TRT.

>Gracile
I wanna feel SUBSTANTIAL. I am a manlet as it is. I don't like feeling mogged.

>age 42
I don't mean to be mean, but you're getting old (I feel inclined to call you sir even though I'm not american, how strange on this site! How many older men have I addressed like my equals (agewise) over the years on this page without realising?) ... In general what you're noticing is just the 'pump' going down after some time after you lifted though, that's more likely it. Remember, keep lifting for long enough and your pump becomes your "normal" state.

HOLY SHIT. Are you me???

Disproportionately small forearms could also be the result of genetics or chronically inflamed wrists, for example.

You look good, mate.

It's called a pump, you fucking idiot. Havd you never exercized or even done hard yardwork in your life? When you exert yourself, your body constricts and dilates blood vessels to maximize blood flow to the area of demand.

That's exactly what keeps me going though. Because now I look like I did a year ago with a pump.

The pump is like a window to your potential.

Why so bald?

My dad's brother died of butt cancer, I don't wanna risk it by getting on dope.
