no dummy its 6 reps each arm so Two times six equals twelve. Same goes for bench press, you count in doubles.

ONE rep using both arms equals acttualy 2 reps since you need to count both sides. So a set of 12 bench press equals TOTTALL 24 reps. Same with any both-lateral exercises, you need to count double if you do single-lateral lifts.

I dont recomend half reppinng but Yes, 2 half reps equals one Full rep. So if you want to hit a pr you should do half reps or quarter reps.

5x10x30

That's 5 sets of 10 reps of 30lbs per arm (doing both at same time).

Could also record it as 5x10x60 if using barbell.

I'm currently doing right bicep on mondays and left bicep on wednesdays, which means 6 curls on each day.
