Cholesterol hypothesis is a discredited pseudo scientific fraud perpetuated by pharmaceuticals to sell statins and agriculture to sell processed garbage and starchy poison. Cholesterol is not at all a usable metric to predict cardiovascular disease(CVD). In fact, decreasing your saturated fat intake is seen in statin research to increase your risk of CVD.
