Hey anons, pic related is me about 6 months ago I've already posted here and talked about how I lost 50 kg in 5 months etc but I'm willing to answer any questiones regarding my diet, exercise,etc, one thing I really want is a solution for my love handles, I already am eating clean and lifting 6 days a week but they just wont go away.
I'm beginning to think their loose skin but I'm going to keep lean bulking regardless because I want to escape skinny fat hell.

Carbs im eating homemade whole grain bread as for my protein it's mostly eggs and chicken breast and finally is mostly from olive oil

How would rate the impact of your cardio on fat loss? I'm back from fat to 'normal' mode and want to loose more, but I fucking hate cardio more than feminists.
Also: You seem committed enough; you could try doing a 6 week cut with nothing but 800kcal and 150g Protein. So like only egg whites chicken breast and vegetables.

In terms of just fat loss it really helps it literally speed it up by alot but the main reason I did alot of cardio was because I had extremely weak cardiovascular strength and my feet were becoming inflated and blue from the lack of activity as well as shortness of breath.
Also I'm not sure if I want to cut more than now because I lack actual mass mass and would get no definition by cutting further
Also a little too is to make cardio fun pick up anything you enjoy doing that takes physical efforts and tires you out and do it.

Did you have loose skin after 50kg lost? Im about 26kg in without any stretchmarks or loose skin with another 20ish to go.
I lost weight just weighing my portions as well. There is really no need to calorie count, it's a hassle anyway.

Lower belly,love handles and especially inner thighs, a word of advice is to get atleast 1200mg of vitamins c a day and rub coconut oil on those areas since it will help with loose skin alot
