As a fitness enthousiast that is not related to Alexander Leonidas, the Alphadestiny brand or the outalpha.com website, I can say that Naturally enhanced has been the best training methodology I have followed throughout my lifting career and I recommend it to every lifter that is past the novice stage.
That being said, I have been informed by a good source that Alex doesn't hold a grudge against Eric and is willing to collab if he apologises in private.
