Tan for max 2-3h since you will reach your daily melanin production "roof".

Some tan, especially, surprisingly, a farmers tan will tell someone youre not a basement dwelling shut in and have some semblance of an active outdoor life. Beyond that i dont fuckin know. Bodybuilders get spray tans so i assume it helps definition
