Dunno shit cause I'm a powerlifter but I guess around 12-14%

10-12%

Damn I'm 6'4" and 250 but nowhere near that shredded. What are your lifts so I can see just how much of a fatass I am?

thanks for the estimates

my lifts suck, and I don't test 1rm, not even close... lowest I go is 3x3. In fit standards, I can OHP 1 plate for 10+ reps, bench 2 plate for 10+ reps, squat 2.5 plate for about 5+, and deadlift 3 plate for 10+... yes - fucked up.

Somehow you've got better lifts than I do. I can do 1 pl8 OHP for 8, bench 2 pl8 for 6, squat 2 pl8 for 10, dead 3 pl8 for 8-10 but that's all just one set, I couldn't do 3 sets of any of that. Fuck, I need to lose 50 lbs?!

how long have you been strength training?

Why don't you get a better haircut and actually take care of your beard?

I don't understand why anyone would work on their body and neglect their face when they have a head like that.

Horrible hair. Horrible face.

Stop posting your face here, no one wants to see it. You look like a faggot rat that’s about to cry

not gonna lie... I live in rural maine and I work an outdoors manual labor job...I don't often get my hair cut, or tidy my beard. I'm married and I just work out for fun, not necessarily to look good.

hair, beard, body look fine bro. a lot of bald manlets iit. the only thing offputting in your pictures is the virgin ground stare.

This is a fitness board. Head over to /fa/ if you want to critique anything but someones body. Also, post body/face.

On and off for 6 years. I suffered multiple back injuries that set me back and I took one year off in 2015 and focused on running, swimming, and calisthenics because I was still in the military at the time. I've been strictly lifting for strength for 3 years, and I've had two knee injuries and one severe back injury since then. My max deadlift ever was 455 and 365 squat and 285 bench.

If your just doing it for fun and not to look good then you should bulk to 250.

thats pretty good desu, I've also had my fair share of injuries that put me out of lifting for up to a year at a time. I have been a lot heavier than this, but I found that I didn't lose much strength when I leaned down, feels better to be lighter for now.

9-11%

I've been up to 235-240lbs, and I didn't like being that heavy... felt super slow and lethargic on my frame. 195-200 is my sweet spot for feeling good

absolute chad. do you get mired frequently?

Jelly manlet
12% good look

At what point do your front delts begin to stick out like that? I can OHP 40kg 5x5 and my delts look like pure shit.
