I invented a new exercise

>tfw I literally invented the isometric single leg squat deadlift
>tfw can't even find a single youtube video off it
>tfw I'm a literal genius and I invented the ultimate bodyweight hardcore exercise for the legs

Post a video of you doing it

I need more details and possibly a crude drawing of it. How is a deadlift a bodyweight exersize

Sounds gay, but explain.

imagine someone doing a single leg squat while trying to lift a static bar off the ground, like a heavy fence while doing the reps very slowly.

Draw a pic

don't become an alphadestinyfag

I invented the T-bar goodmorning

thats cool but only 1% of gym ppl will ever do something involving squatting on 1 leg

It look like this.

I too have invented several exercises, like the dumbbell tricep push-extension. Get in the line

assisted single leg squat? How is that new?

no, is not that.

Is a single leg squat + isometric deadlift.

that's just an assisted single leg squat with an isometric deadlift right after

no assisted, you're doing an isometric deadlift while doing isometric single leg squats.

you're not using nothing to assist you.

so you're saying you're essentially pulling yourself down as the force opposite your squat

Nigga, how you do a isometric deadlift with a fence?

sort of, you're doing single legs squats very slowly while you push or pull a wall or a fence.

you use something to push or pull while doing a single leg squat very slowly, like a wall or a fence.

That's not an isometric deadlift, your just doing vertical pushups, wtf my dude

you can use your shoulder to push rather than your arm then.

also you can pull some low bar or brick and that will be like deadlifts.

If you do push ups in proper form your shoulders should protract at the top of the movement.
A isometric dead lift is with weights.

Behind the neck chin-ups are a new one I made

you don't need weights for isometric exercises.

you have autism
