Focus on lifting heavy with barbells at least once a workout... whether that's flat bench, squat, DL, OHP, incline bench, etc.
Lifting heavy is important for size and strength which looks good in general as long as you dont dirty bulk
You could do it with dumbbells only but youd need to make sure you do push ups and pull ups and go as heavy as you can on the dumbbells and leave nothing in the tank

Definitely consider everything a work in progress. I've had issues with my hamstring and it's seriously slowing down my progression while doing squats. I would like to be about 10 lbs heavier and signifigantly stronger.

6’0 76kg winter bulking, need to work chest and legs, feedback appreciated.
My friend took a creepshot of me making cocktails tonight, feeling good about looking big in clothes. 176cm/83kg. Stepladder is primarily for my 165cm housemate, though these ceilings are pretty damn high. Lean bulking through summer, probably no more than 11% bf at the moment.
Looking good, focus on building back and legs, that's where you can really pack on mass.

On and off for maybe 2 years, I struggled with opiate addiction for awhile so as you can imagine when using I was not really going to the gym, I cut for awhile at the begining and tracked all my calories but just fucked around in the gym without following much of a program. About 6 month ago I really started working out and just eating healthy. I dont track calories anymore just alot of healthy foods and eat when hungry.

Been 'lifting' 2 months now, 3 times a week. Today I did 27,5 goblet squats with my two dumbbells put together, 3x8 and almost died.
I say cut down a bit for the beach time so your abs are more defined for all the beach mires and mogging. Otherwise looking good, how did you get this far by only training at home? Calisthenics is out of the question, did you buy a bar and weights?

yes i have a barbell, dumbbells, ez bar, weights and a bench at home. I got them pretty cheap from a friend and it was 100% worth it.

I injured my hamstring in high school while playing football. It's really hard for me to do a squatting motion because my hamstring is shortened on one side, it will randomly cramp up when my leg is bent past a 45 degree angle. Bet my bench is still higher than yours tho.
