chicken, sometimes beef. some fruits, lots of vegetables. brown rice, maybe some potatoes occasionally. greek yogurt. eggs and oats. milk and peanut butter. go from there

eat anything, just watch your calories an protein intake

Whatever you want. Calories in calories out is the only universal rule.

Science has proven over and over again that the diet that works the best is the diet you stick to. Pick one that sounds like a reasonable goal for you and start there. The important thing is to track calories. All of them. Drinks included (kek if you drink soda). And measure your food with a kitchen scale because that's the only way you'll get even close to an accurate count. It sounds annoying but you get used to it very quick, and recording all your calories will often end up preventing you from getting fast food or restaurant food because it's too hard to track.

>diet that works the best is the diet you stick to

I've been sticking to a fast food diet for years mate it's not helping me one bit

pick the diet that requires 0 supplementation and tracking with very high protein quality

paleo/low carb comes to mind

Your body is very adaptive, i've tried all kinds of diets and saw good results on all of them but you have to choose 1(One) and stick to it.

Right now i'm eating High Carb/High Protein and low fat&sugar and thats what works the best for me

That's not how it works retard

calories don't determine health you utter brainlet

If it’s not helping you, it’s obviously not the best is it? You brainlet.

Well done proving his point fucktard.

>this is your brain on CICO

He mentioned tracking calories, so I think he assumed people would understand you need a caloric deficit.

The rest is sound advice.

eat my dick

Who said anything about losing/gaining weight? This is about health

>mfw that reading comprehension

Eat my shorts. Try that diet on fit size.

CICO is not the whole story, it’s the cliff notes. You won’t know the whole story but it gets you a passing grade. As in CICO works but that’s not necessarily all at play.

Does anyone have the Jow Forums diet infographic, its unironically the only one worth following

Whatever makes you happy

2000 calories of fresh veggies vs 2000 calories of processed junk food.

Yeah, totally the same.

Don't listen to anyone on Jow Forums, including me.

That being said. Eat one meal a day, primarily vegetables, throw in some meat, and don't fucking eat processed sugar.

Eat portions according to your caloric needs, try to hit your macros, avoid processed sugar, have some fibre to avoid shitting bricks, eat a wide enough variety of food that gets you the micronutrients you might need, thats It
What matters most is that you eat according to what your body needs, don't jump on a premade diet some youtuber tries to promote
