remember to pull your head back
do it more than you push forward
done

Start sleeping on the floor with no pillow.

I’ve been trying to correct this for at least a decade. Fuck my life

point your nipples forward

Your head is supposed to be a little forward.

It’s very forward.

same problem here

youtube has a lot of vids that tell you how to fix it

don't slouch
don't stare down at your phone
/nopillow/ helps too

>hurr durr how does i hold my head back more

You hold your head back more. The fucking people here seem to get more inept by the day.

Doing neck curls tend to correct this

but do i need to buy the elastic posture correction apparatus from amazon?

Protip: it's actually not your neck, but upper back being weak

Pretend you're a puppet with a string on the crown of head and pull your head up.
T. yoga instructor

Literally google it. Look it up on YouTube, there are many exercises you can do and they are not jewish tricks for the goyim. Also remember to pull your head back, do it a lot until you do it unconsciously, make it a habit.

When I'm sitting taking a shit I remember to pull my head back

When I'm looking at my phone I lift up my phone to eye level even if it's awkward to hold and pull my head back

Do that ^

Mewing to open your airway so you don't have to lean forward

My nerd neck actually cam from having posterior tilt, which lead to thoracic kyphosis which lead to nerd neck. Like papa Jeff says, you need to follow the chain.

Here you go. Stumbled on this a couple of days ago

I would do /nopillow/ but I sleep on my side, which would cause my head to tilt left or right for eight hours, that can't be good right? I've tried to sleep on my back but it just gets really uncomfortable after about 15 minutes.

Try more

This. Do deadlifts, rows, and facepulls.

Chin tucks

Jeff probably has a video for this

Take 2 fingers, put them on your chin like pointing a gun at yourself, and push in. Don't go as far back as possible or you'll look retarded, just comfy
