I touched on this a bit in one of my replies earlier, but never made it a main point.

Problem is when this topic comes up the concept of "treated badly" is vague. When women say they're "tired of jerks" it's not in the way you probably imagine it.

Now, sometimes they mean they got cheated on, and I don't agree with cheating as far as once you're in a committed relationship. I make it a point to every girl I get into a committed relationship that I will not hesitate to kick them to the curb, if I even suspect an ounce of cheating.

So, personally, I think a girl calling getting cheated on "being treated badly" valid. However, as I mentioned above and in another post a lot of women when they say "treated badly" they mean the guy wouldn't put up with her shit.
