evening workout: bar rows, DB rows, cable rows, facepulls, biceps

I really want to take a day off today but I'm hanging with gf tomorrow right after work and have band practice right after work Thursday and I wake up at 5:30am so no going in the morning for me.

I'm really sore and have been going to the gym since Friday but fuck it I'll have a Pull Day or a Leg Day, I'll decide when I get there

I work out at 2200 or later after my son goes to bed. Murdoch Chan does her aerobic/lift routine at the same time. Then we have steak, lamb, or chicken with mushrooms, asparagus, quinoa, and salad from our garden.

Every day routine except on Sundays when we drink gin&seltzer and thank God we are white.

It ain't much, but it's my little 14 family.

What would you call this routine? I was given it by a friend who is a personal trainer. I told him i have a home gym and he still sent this shit.
