Breakfast:
>300g low fat yoghurt with 4 tbps of fresh ginger (shredded, boiled with lemo and honey)
>2 pickled herring fillets
>50g pack of natto

Lunch:
>homecooked beef/veggie/nuts stew with green lentils and brown rice

Dinner

Pretty good but it looks like you used a lot of oil to grill the fish

Wish I could find natto here but I live in a small city, no access. Going to start making my own.

Yeah i did use sunflower oil

Had sushi and 2 spring rolls for lunch for dinner we got the based gain bird titties n broccoli or brusselsprouts
