They're only bad (nutritionally deficient) if you combine them with butter. That's the only way I can eat them so I avoid them. Otherwise they are nutritious and feed free to eat them.

Scrambled or hard boiled they are bad. You want to have the yolks intact and runny. if the yolk is cooked it becomes "rancid" cholesterol and it's really bad for you. That's all you need to know. Keep those yokes runny lads.

Cooking destroying the nutrient profile of food, it severely damages the Cholesterol, and it’s easier to eat them raw. I feel very full after a dozen cooked eggs, but I experience no bloating at all with 12 raw eggs

The macros are also more better/more predictable because you are not cooking in any oil or fat

Not that user and I don't averse to eating eggs raw but what about protein digestibility? Afaik, true ileal digestibility isn't exactly the % you absorb but I haven't found something explaining it in layman's terms

I eat the eggs raw because they are a multivitamin, not necessarily because I want more bioavailable protein (though I’d like to see some actual proof that you don’t end up digesting the same amount either way)

The multivitamin part is only true for yolks, which I agree should be raw always. As for the whites, I'm not entirely convinced that half of raw doesn't get absorbed either. As far as I know, all cooking does is denature the protein, which happens anyway in the stomach. There could be some enzyme inhibiting it's absorption, which gets deactivated upon cooking, but I haven't found any mentions of such a thing ever.
By the way, to truly be a multivitamin they have to organic, I think
