Even then, I would have trouble implementing:
Face pulls
Abs every time
multiple warm up sets

and so on.
Sometimes have trouble keeping it under 90min.

also I think its debatable what rest lenght between sets are favorable.
For me it ranges from 1:30 to 3min

Depends of course on your bf levels. If you are just overweight and a beginner, first lose weight and build up some fitness level before lifting heavy.

His videos aren't actually for beginners. Once you already have a routine and movements you're used to doing that's when you can start applying his knowledge.

For some things you pretty much have to have a home gym. You're simply not going to get everything done in a single gym session BUT you can do abs as soon as you get up or before bed. Tacking on face pulls at the end of a workout is doable. Check out his deadhangs video, it pretty much implies that you should be doing a lot of exercises at home. Personally, I think this is how everyone should be exercising.

Have some dumbbells at a pull-up bar at home to do a few movements and get your major compounds in at the gym. I have a ABC system to my workouts, an A day for example is a day where I do everything I'm supposed to. I do shit at home like parallette work, ab work, deadhangs/chins, stretches etc, do my compounds at the the gym and a few accessories like face pulls. If I'm in poor condition or don't have the time a B workout is one where I do my home shit but skip my accessories at the gym such as face pulls. A C workout nearly a failure, it's just doing my home stuff because for one reason or another I couldn't make it to the gym.

still not a total failure because I still worked out. It's good to have backup workouts you can do at home or at a hotel because for one reason or another you're going to have days you can't get to the gym. Having the movements Jeff teaches in your toolbox is incredibly useful

But your PTs and youtube personalities won't tell you that, because why the fuck would you need them then?
