What’s ur routine, how long did it take u to those stats, what is your age, how tall are you, and can I touch ur penis?

I made my own routine (?) or at least have never heard of anyone else doing it. High reps (10-20 rep range), high weight, max out every gym session (max meaning the most you can lift that day, not your absolute max), and clock 12hrs of gym a week.

I'm thinking of getting my NASM and training people for fun. It seems that with the popularity of instagram fitness there are a ton of people trying to get fit who are incredibly misinformed. I'd like to help if I can.

Why would bb row hurt your joints?

There is immense benefits to squating heavy, would recommend it.

Could you use give it to me in eV of work for 1RP and give your body proportions please? Might be easier to calculate this way

Bench and Rows are low due to shoulder injury that led to surgery.
Overhead Press is impossible for me due to massive pain from attempting overhead motions.

bruh when u tall and dont have a spotter squatting is dangerous

260kg deadlift
210kg squat
180kg bench
110kg ohp

does your gym not have any power racks or squat racks?
Benching without a spotter or not in a rack is like 100 times more dangerous. you bomb a squat, just jump out from under it, you bomb a bench you you gotta hope that after it lands on you you gotta dump the weights if you were smart enough to leave the collars off the barbell

If seriously just 4months, these are insane stats bro
What program u use?

I kinda started with PPL, then made my own variation on it. Doing ppl 5-6x per week for 1.5 to 2 hours in the morning, some running and swimming and a 1 hour lesson in the evening every week.

I used to be fat, i mean permabulked so just staying around 2000-2200 kcal per day with a shitload of protein.

Ah and usually before lifting I do some cardio exercises for max 45 mins, so about 1h15m worth of weightlifting incl rest times.

Within 4 months and that body? I highly doubt those numbers. You must he really tall or this is bait.

No offense to your body btw it is fine.

Why would you lie to us about your stats user

Well started in January and had to leave for about 1.5 months for an intern med test soo I guess it's 4ish months now right?

Height is 182 cm btw, so not that tall.

Today was the first time I could 180kg deadlift :D 2 weeks ago it just didn't get off that fucking floor, capped at 175.

Not a strong guy, but better than when I started (started at 35kg squats, 40kg bench, 50 kg diddly, 20kg OHP). Hope I can muster up the motivation to not give up, though.

Eat well, sleep well and progressive overload your weights user. We are all going to make it :)

Are you lifting for hypertrophy or power? If you are tall and predominantly focusing on power than those numbers could be plausible within 6+ months.

You could prob 8 rep that row if you trained it. Im about the exact strength you are

Over 4 months on SS if you had went to the gym 4 times a week you would end up having a total of 68 gym sessions during which you squat every day. On PPL if you go to the gym 6 times a week you end up having 34 leg days (assuming you train squats during them). So you are telling me that you reached a fucking 350 lbs squat in half the training sessions that you'd spend doing SS over the same period of time? So in fucking 2 months of SS you would have reached a 350 lbs squat? Who the fuck do you think you are fooling here you degenerate fucking weak skeleton? Do not ever post fake stats on my board ever again you disgusting fucking dog.
